Architecture, Building and Structure Design SH House Residential by Paulo Martins Maintaining the primitive outline, the design of the existing building changed through the usage of weathering steel on the windows voids. Giving them different sizes, the architect emphasizes an hierarchy in the building mass and its absence, visual balancing, this way, the whole building. As important as the primitive outline was the actual style the architect added to the building. Using clear colours and a minimalist language, he maximizes the bounds giving the ideia of a clearer and wider space.
