Baroneza Residence

Simone Mantovani

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Baroneza Residence by Simone Mantovani The height, the transparency and the open spaces are the highlights of this weekend house, built on a private property near the city of São Paulo. The integrated spaces and the transparent windows and large sliding glass panels provide an experience of interaction with the gardens and with the exuberant local landscape. The living and dinner area opens out onto terraces, with spaces for resting and socialization. To give more privacy to the glazed interior spaces the main facade was blinded by a natural stone wall that emphasizes the minimalist style of the house.
