Integrating residential, office, and open air commercial functions, it operates as a permeable urban system rather than a singular retail object. A network of open circulation routes, street like passages, and courtyards supports continuous pedestrian flow and interaction. Climate responsive terraces and flexible spatial organization enable year round use, offering an adaptive framework that enhances urban life and social connectivity.
