Architecture, Building and Structure Design Arte Residence Residential Building by Torres Arquitetos Arte Residence is a residential building with twenty floors, located on Torres beach, a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the extreme south of Brazil. The development has twenty floors, with two apartments per floor. Totaling 200.00 square meters of private area in each apartment. In terms of volume, the structure consists in a large vertical monolith with an expressive set of horizontal planes, arranged in half levels, where large balconies facing the sea are located. The architecture is serene, where the materiality of concrete and wood show its authenticity.
