Senja Cabin

Hans-Petter Bjørnådal

Architecture, Building and Structure Design Senja Cabin by Hans-Petter Bjørnådal The cabin is located near a small fishing village called Hamn. On this site the client wanted a family cottage with panoramic views to Senja's stunning mountains and nature. In such a beautiful and delicate landscape, it is important to build with nature and create a project that feels like a part of landscape. The cabin is designed specifically to open up to nature with panoramic views to the surrounding mountains. As the the weather can change drastically in hours it is important to have the option of both a sheltered outdoor space and a climatized indoor space where you feel part of nature.
